Quick Start
Install Morsel, set up your first wallet, and send your first transaction on Cookie and Solana.
This guide walks you through installing Morsel, setting up your first wallet, and sending your first transaction.
Install Morsel
Morsel is available as a Chrome extension and as a mobile app for iOS and Android.
- Chrome: Install from the Chrome Web Store and pin the extension to your toolbar
- iOS: Download Morsel from the App Store
- Android: Download Morsel from Google Play
After installing the Chrome extension, refresh any open dApp tabs so they detect the new wallet provider.
Create Your Wallet
- Open Morsel and tap or click Get Started
- Choose Create New Wallet
- Write down your 12-word seed phrase — store it offline, never share it
- Confirm your seed phrase by selecting the words in order
- Set a PIN or enable biometrics for daily use
Your seed phrase is the only way to recover your wallet. Morsel cannot reset it for you. Write it down and store it somewhere safe — not on your phone or computer.
Import an Existing Wallet
Already have a Solana or Cookie wallet? You can import it into Morsel using your seed phrase.
- Open Morsel and tap Import Existing Wallet
- Enter your 12 or 24-word seed phrase
- Set a PIN or enable biometrics
- Your accounts and balances will load automatically
Receive Your First COOK
- Tap Receive from the home screen
- Copy your wallet address or share the QR code
- Send COOK from an exchange or another wallet to that address
- Your balance updates as soon as the transaction confirms — usually under a second
Send Your First Transaction
- Tap Send from the home screen
- Paste or scan the recipient address
- Enter the amount — Morsel shows the USD value in real time
- Review the fee (typically under $0.001 on Cookie)
- Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your PIN
Swap Tokens
Morsel has a built-in swap powered by the best available liquidity. Pick any token to sell, pick any token to receive — the chain is handled automatically.
- Tap Swap from the bottom navigation
- Select the token you want to sell and the token you want to receive
- Enter the amount — the expected output updates in real time
- Review the rate and tap Swap to confirm
Connect to a dApp
Any Cookie or Solana dApp can connect to Morsel. When a dApp asks to connect:
- A Morsel popup will appear asking for approval
- Review the site domain and tap Connect
- The dApp now has read access to your public key — it cannot move funds without your approval on every transaction
