Managing Accounts
Create multiple accounts, switch between them, rename them, and import additional wallets into Morsel.
Morsel supports multiple accounts under a single seed phrase. You can create as many as you need, name them for different purposes, and switch between them instantly.
Creating a New Account
- Open Morsel and tap your account name or avatar at the top
- Tap Add Account
- Choose Create New Account
- Give it a name (e.g. Trading, NFTs, DeFi)
- The new account is derived from the same seed phrase — no new backup needed
All accounts created inside Morsel share the same seed phrase. Importing that phrase into another wallet will restore all of them.
Switching Between Accounts
- Tap your account name or avatar at the top of the home screen
- A list of your accounts appears with their balances
- Tap any account to switch — the switch is instant
Renaming an Account
- Switch to the account you want to rename
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap the account name field and edit it
- Tap Save
Importing an Additional Wallet
If you have a separate wallet with a different seed phrase, you can import it into Morsel as a separate account group.
- Tap your account avatar → Add Account
- Choose Import Wallet
- Enter the seed phrase for the wallet you want to import
- This creates a separate account group — it does not merge with your existing accounts
Imported wallets with a different seed phrase require that seed phrase to be backed up separately. Morsel's backup only covers the original wallet created on this device.
Removing an Account
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap Remove Account
- Confirm — the account is removed from Morsel on this device
- You can re-add it anytime using your seed phrase, no funds are lost
How Accounts Are Derived
Each account you create is derived from your seed phrase using a standard BIP44 derivation path. The first account uses index 0, the second uses index 1, and so on. This is compatible with Phantom, Solflare, and any other BIP44-compliant Solana wallet.
