Managing Accounts

Create multiple accounts, switch between them, rename them, and import additional wallets into Morsel.

Morsel supports multiple accounts under a single seed phrase. You can create as many as you need, name them for different purposes, and switch between them instantly.

Creating a New Account

  1. Open Morsel and tap your account name or avatar at the top
  2. Tap Add Account
  3. Choose Create New Account
  4. Give it a name (e.g. Trading, NFTs, DeFi)
  5. The new account is derived from the same seed phrase — no new backup needed
All accounts created inside Morsel share the same seed phrase. Importing that phrase into another wallet will restore all of them.

Switching Between Accounts

  1. Tap your account name or avatar at the top of the home screen
  2. A list of your accounts appears with their balances
  3. Tap any account to switch — the switch is instant

Renaming an Account

  1. Switch to the account you want to rename
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Tap the account name field and edit it
  4. Tap Save

Importing an Additional Wallet

If you have a separate wallet with a different seed phrase, you can import it into Morsel as a separate account group.

  1. Tap your account avatar → Add Account
  2. Choose Import Wallet
  3. Enter the seed phrase for the wallet you want to import
  4. This creates a separate account group — it does not merge with your existing accounts
Imported wallets with a different seed phrase require that seed phrase to be backed up separately. Morsel's backup only covers the original wallet created on this device.

Removing an Account

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Tap Remove Account
  3. Confirm — the account is removed from Morsel on this device
  4. You can re-add it anytime using your seed phrase, no funds are lost

How Accounts Are Derived

Each account you create is derived from your seed phrase using a standard BIP44 derivation path. The first account uses index 0, the second uses index 1, and so on. This is compatible with Phantom, Solflare, and any other BIP44-compliant Solana wallet.
